How We Work
Every job runs the same way: you call, you describe the problem, you get a price before any work starts, and the repair is covered for 90 days after we leave. Here's the longer version.
Straightforward, Start to Finish
You call, and you get a real answer: what's likely wrong, what it usually costs, and when we can be there. The quote comes before the work, we arrive stocked with springs, cables, and rollers, and most repairs are finished on the first visit.
If something doesn't hold within 90 days, we come back and make it right. That's the whole arrangement.

Three Promises, Explained

Upfront Pricing Guarantee
The price we quote before we start is the price you pay. No change orders, no surprise line item once the job is done.
If something turns up once we are actually inside the mechanism, a stripped bolt, a drum that is worse than it looked, we stop and tell you before any of that gets added to the bill.

90-Day Workmanship Guarantee
If the repair fails within 90 days, we come back and fix it at no charge.
That covers our work. It does not cover an unrelated part failing somewhere else on the door, and we will tell you honestly which one it is instead of stretching the guarantee to cover something it was not meant to.

Repair-First Guarantee
If your door can be repaired, we will not sell you a new one.
A new door is the most expensive thing on the price list, and it is an easy upsell for any contractor to reach for. We would rather fix the spring or the cable and have you call us again in five years than push a sale you did not need today.
What we won't do
- No work before you approve the price.
- No invented urgency.
- No replacing what can be repaired.
- No surprise line items.
Insurance and Licensing, Straight Up
Texas doesn't require a license for garage door repair as a trade, so we're not going to claim one just because a lot of ads in this market do. New Mexico handles it differently for the Las Cruces side of the work, and we'll publish exactly what applies there once it's confirmed.
