Why we ask every customer for a review
After almost every job, you'll get a text asking for a quick review. It's not because we need the flattery. In this business, word of mouth is most of what keeps us busy without paying for ads that oversell what actually shows up at your door. A five-minute review from someone whose spring we just fixed does more for us than any billboard would.
